"Can you really blame anyone for looking down on you when you post what is, in essence, "go look at my fancomic on tumblr"? It may not be against the rules, but it's just blatantly fishing for more precious, precious hits, and I'd go so far to say that we don't need to be notified of it here on IB. If you'd just posted a journal along the lines of "Hey, I've got a Grojband fancomic on my tumblr, fans of my work might want to go check it out!", that'd be fine. Instead, we're inundated with submission after submission of you pointing to the latest comic thing on your tumblr.
More power to you if you have a fancomic, but seriously - it's out there on tumblr, people can find it there, and you should really stop abusing the art submission process for self-promotion."
