For that you have to write [iconname]USERNAME[/iconname], of course replacing "USERNAME" with the corresponding name. You can also simply write the name, mark it with your mouse or keyboard, and then click the little white button with the person and exclamation mark next to the comment field (fifth icon from the right).
This works for Inkbunny users. It also works for Fur Affinity and So Furry, and also indifferent versions (show icon, show icon and name, show only linked name). You can find all of these formattings in the "BBCode Help" at the very bottom.
