Trayvon if had any reason to strike Zimmerman was provoked and why... because mr. vigilante fake cop decided to leave his car to seek out what Trayvon was doing... was Zimmerman doing anything wrong no because getting out of your car and looking at your location isn't against the law but as much as people try to close their doors and say he was following him for legal reason/warrent and not stalking him... but yeah he pretty much was because even if this is the first meet you don't follow someone who's suspected of crimes because you feel like it you were even told not to follow him.

Provoked? Far from as he was doing his job... If someone was on your property or near it acting all shady wouldn't you come up tp him and ask him what the hell what he is doing there? A normal person would.

Now Tray has been know for causing trouble. It wouldn't surprise me is he was acting shady even if he had just a drink and a bag of Skittles. Because of this as I was saying

Tray could have hurt someone else, and guess who the community will put their blame on? Zim... why? For not doing his job the community counted him on for.

He was not faking he was not being a wanna be cop... He was doing his job. Proof of this... I get stopped a lot by security cops and Neighborhood watch. If you keep cool and tell them the truth, they'll have no problem

Example; True Story With my Encounter With A Neighborhood Watch
Gets out the car and comes to me.
"Young man what are you doing?"
Me;"Me? Going home... taking this way as a short cut."
"Where you live?"
"I live on Nickerson Rd." And since these people know the neighborhood they can see why I am taking the route I am on.
"It's late and close to Curfew... Do you want to use my phone to call your parents."
Me: "No. My mom knows I am on my way, I am good. Thanks." *Flashes Cell Phone*
And he lets me on my way.

Now if Tray followed my calm attitude. I bet $50 Zim would let him on his way too.

Common sense 101 says that if you feel scared or intimidated remain calm... No the kid hit Zim.

Then it says if threatened, self defend yourself. No the kid is beating him up AND REACHES FOR THE GUN.
And do not tell me that what Tray did was legit because I talk to cops... If threaten you can only fight back with equal force! You hit me I hit you back and back off and as "Leave me alone!" or Will you stop it!"

So simply the kid was asking for a can of whoop ass to be open on him. If it was me and I was there, I would have punt him in the face with a good kick to get off Zim like he was a soccer ball.

So lets recap...

Zim followed Tray doing his job, Kid gets attitude. Alternative: He could keep his cool and comply.
Zim asks him questions, Tray hits him. Alternative; Kid could have kept his cool and answer the question, and NOT HIT AN ADULT!!!
Zim is getting beaten, Tray is on top of him beating Zim; Alternative; if he kept his cool and kept his attitude in check then they wouldn't be in that moment.
Zim sees Tray trying to get his weapon. Alternative; The kid shouldn't be a moron!
Zim reaches for his weapon, Tray gets shot, and dies; Alternative.... If kid followed the previous alternatives he would be fine today.

As a 19 year old I take high offense to that verdict and quite frankly it's one of the reasons I'll never be seen in prejudice Florida or anywhere in southern US *except for VA because I have family there*

infant, toddler, child, pre teens and Early teens I agree with you... This would look awful on Zimmerman.

However Tray is no longer a true "Teenager." He isn't some kid "Oh he made a mistake he is still just a baby... 15-16 and up is when you have to start thinking like an adult. And there and then he had the choices in his hands to be a good citizen and act like an adult his age took a foot step into.

You are 19, if you was in Tray's place and lets say but god forbid that you killed someone... the consequences by law wouldn't be any different between you and Tray. He will be trialed as an adult because he is in his early adulthood. By law at that age or a bit younger he has the capacity to make adult decisions. Some 15 and 16 year old that did commit murder have been trialed as adults, because the skills to think right from wrong develops as early as 10 years old.

With that said... since witnesses saw Zim getting attacked. And Zim shooting Tray.... even in Texas especially in Texas that would bypass as self defense.... Becasue tray is a "young adult" who should have known better. Zimmerman may get involuntary manslaughter charges at MOST... but since it is at self defense any higher degree of murder charges will not be pressed.

If you go through with what we talked about, if Trayvon kept his cool he wouldn't be dead. This made Trayvon look bad to not only the Judge but to the jury too. Because, I analyze things by looking both sides of the coin thoroughly and not just skim the surface.. I dive in. Problems are like coins... a side can't exist without another. Like you see Zimmerman stalking when I see him doing his job.

I am with you guys that a kid shouldn't die and I do not wish for deaths of anyone by unnatural causes. However when one is willing to take a life of another, there is no time for second thoughts. Its kill or be killed.

What is worst... If Tray got his taste of blood... and manages to get away with murder. Who is to say Tray wouldn't get worst...

You forget he was told not to pursue if he was so hard up to follow him he could've stayed in his car and did it, why would he get out and approach a potential threat is he a police officer, NO hes not trained to handle a potentially violent criminal so why would he approach him ? because he was looking to start trouble and use his gun in "self defense" classic case of guy with gun but never got to use it ... It became stalking once he got out his car, if he stayed in and was a normal neighborhood watch Trayvon wouldn't have done what he did and if Trayvon wasn't provoked into battle Zimmerman wouldn'tve shot and if he wouldn'tve shot Trayvon wouldn't be dead. No he wasn't, he was told he wasn't required to. By a 911 operator, NOT a police officer. Both of those things are major differences to the media's portrayal of what happened.

Pease before you make any judgments, you should actually check out exactly what happened. Zimmerman was viciously attacked for asking a question.

He didn't just spot Trayvon pull his gun and shoot. He followed him because he was suspicious of him and he asked him what he was doing. Trayvon ran away. Zimmerman tried to chase but he's an out of shape short dude. Trayvon wasn't. But Trayvon came back of his own volition, got in Zimmerman's face, and suckerpunched him. Much like a. . . which word would be good here? I'll use thug. He then jumped on top of him and beat him.

He only SHOT Trayvon after he beat him so bad he had multiple lacerations and a broken nose, AND Trayvon had SEEN his gun and went to grab it while threatening his life.

If THAT isn't a situation where deadly force is warranted in self defense then it is NEVER warranted. And I hope you don't ever find yourself in a life or death situation, because if your actions match your beliefs you'll be dead, and a murderer will be left undamaged.

Regardless of the media trying to portray this 17 year old who dealt drugs, beat people, and tried to illegally buy weapons as a 12 year old honor role student he wasn't. If it wasn't Zimmerman it would have been someone else. If his fuse was so short asking a question would incite THAT much violence. And maybe that person wouldn't have had a gun, or the will to defend themselves, THEN we'd have a murder on our hands.

Argument, outrage, disgust.

Underneath it all lies a single truth: A 17 year old boy was killed, and a jury of women, some mothers, acquitted the killer.

Why? Too many reasons to list in a comment on a furry porn site. But the reasons aren't as important as the fact that its sad.

Its sad. Very sad.

We hate and fear each other, we hate and fear other nations, we hate and fear differing views.

We were founded on revolution, Enlightenment Thinking, Freethinking, radical views...and we've all become doughy complacent balls of self interested, hyperbole spouting, disinterested, ignorant dupes.

Stop copy pasting shit. Look deeper. Look into empathy. It'll do ya some good.

OK, first off... Calling Zimmerman a "nigger" gives him entirely too much dignity, because it does imply a value to him he isn't worthy of. Why? Well, the definition of a "nigger"... A "nigger" is a sub-human beast of burden, chattel, equal to oxen, workhorses, and the like. Saleable and breedable. Property.

He ain't that.

Nope- He's vermin. Slime, kudzu, vole, boll-weevil, weed....

No, I wouldn't even give him the mere dignity of calling him "nigger"... No, he is scum. The scum of the scum.

Secondly, someone said he was part of a Neighbourhood Watch. Not quite. He was not part of any organised Neighbourhood Watch, and in fact the regional, state and national Neighbourhood Watch organisations want to have nothing to do with him. He was, in fact, self-appointed in his community.

So what did he do? He hunted down a young black man, not even of legal age (he was 17), wearing a hoodie in the rain, to keep himself warm and dry, while returning to his father's house from a nearby 7-11 with nothing more than a bag of Skittles and a Mountain Dew.

Trayvon Martin was killed because he was nothing more than Black.

George Zimmerman deserves no dignity, and no sympathy.

Both the term "nigger" and the whole Martin/Zimmerman mess are hot buttons-- You'd have to expect some explosive reactions, either way. :P

When you live someplace where the word gets bandied about so freely without context, it's understandable to get away from what it really means. It is a demeaning word, for a very good reason, because European Whites saw Blacks as exactly that... But Zimmerman doesn't even deserve that level of dignity, since it would imply some kind of usefulness, even as subhuman slime.

(BTW, it's exactly why John Lennon sang that "Woman is the 'Nigger' of the World"-- Yes it is, if you think about it.)

The word itself is poisonous. Lenny Bruce was quick to point out if the word is used repeatedly, it loses its power.

It is more accurate that it loses its meaning when not in context. This is why so many people use four-letter expletives- They become blank words without meaning, not knowing what they really mean.

This was also the point of corruption of language, aka "doublespeak", as is used in George Orwell's "1984"-- Say anything, and the masses would have no idea what is really being said or done, thus the masses can't overthrow Big Brother.

(If you've never read the book- and I have- it will scare the crap out of you, for what it really implies! It's not just about Big Government, but about the total subjugation of Humanity through language and obfuscation, so that EVERY SINGLE WORD loses its meaning.)

Poetry was something I excelled at, to the point of madness. :P All my original written works (including two complete screenplays I wrote for BraveStarr and Darkwing Duck) were stolen. The better writings were thankfully preserved in my mixes, so no total loss.

I'll never forget Sunday, January 1st 1984. That's when PBS showed "Good Morning Mr. Orwell." After years of searching, I finally located a complete copy of the program.

Also, don't forget I made a mix reciting Orwell. ;)

I wasn't going to say anything, but since this keeps coming up endlessly everywhere I turn, I'll say this.
Don't drink the mainstream media kool aid, the "kid" you were shown was way older, stronger and on a hallucinogen called "purple drank" when this happened. He was known to be dangerous, had already robbed multiple people, and had himself stated he had a gun.
If you don't believe me, do your own research. I've read Trayvons fb chats, seen pictures that weren't admitted into court, it's all on alternative news.
Plus, they tried to make this racial, Zimmermen isn't white, he's clearly Hispanic.
What I'd also like to remind everyone of is that there are way bigger things going on, this case has sort of become a distraction. There are still many laws and things up in the air people have forgotten of, and it's causing much division between people.
