Try SpyBot Search and Destroy. It's free and has worked better than any anti-virus or firewall for me. Mcaffe and Norton have both failed me on several occasions but if this doesn't see it when it starts, a simple search by it will.

http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html is the site. Or you can google it, it's the first result that appears

Its not a virus. its malware and viscous key logger. It will try to steal you identity and its most likely infested your operation system. Best and sometimes only way to solve it is it wipe your computer.

I've never had a problem with viruses, malware, or key loggers.  Then again I'm using a different shell over windows and run Avast and Malwarebytes. <3

Yeah, you're going to have to go into safemode to remove it, that one is nasty.

You need to run your computer in "safe mode" to get rid of it.  When you boot up your computer, press F8 like crazy and you can get your computer in safe mode, then run your anti-virus program to get rid of the spyware/virus.

I recommend Malware Bytes. Its free, but is used by a lot of major companies... to quote tech support "forget the crap antivirus program on your corporate computer. use this.".... you will have to download it from a different computer though...
