Yup, We did a middle man discussion about the situation in a mature manor and he's not taking down the pics :( however he does get to keep them *what after you just made this big ass rant* yeah about that we've agreed to disagree and he's posting them permanently as Requests because in compensation he's refunded all the points/ $3 back to me :3 so hopefully we can move past this situation and anyone trying to assist me I ask that you take your journals down and the removal comments have agreed to be hidden on his page. Like I said not sure if I'm ever going to commission him ever again and especially how I had handled it if I ever get a request from him... but the like I said to him I will say to you that if I'm asking for a commission me and the person who drew it have the copyrights because it's their art and my characters. but when it comes to Requests and Trades everything is up to the artist... this rule will stick with me as long as I request commissions and it will never die.
