I have made a new account for the community art-theft-prevention I will commission a profile pic for it later.
The account is for the community to go and file a report to the mods and we can either confront them or let a authorized member know about the fraudulent so they can do what they have to do. I am aiming to try to get them to take it down and maybe help them to get a pic of their own. But if they are doing illegal acts, then it will be reported to the site's mods.
