I keep seeing users putting these red stripes over thier avatar. this isn't facebook. leave all that stupid shit on there.

this is why im not active on this site very much because it is just loaded with morons.

Of course it's your good right to not like that kind of statements carried openly by people - like the red ribbon.
Yet on the other paw, come on, it's just an avatar.
Live and let live!

Like, isn't everybody 'wearing' one or another statement in their everyday lives? Even if it's just a type of haircut, band-shirt, religious symbols, brand of clothes ..
