Whippy

It's 100 degrees in my garage and feels like less than 80

by
It's extremely comfortable and I'm not sweating one drop. I could probably put on a long sleeve shirt if I wanted to. This environment is extremely wacky. Freaking low humidity. Silly desert.

Where are you? Here in AZ its 113 and even with AC blasting at 74 there are places in our house where we can feel the heat

CO atm. At about 8,000 feet.  Ouch, 113! I imagine that would make me sweat no matter what the humidity!

oh god. I freakin hate the winter. I hate being cold. I'm from North Carolina, it's hot as goat balls here, and around 90% humidity. I went outside for an hour today, and i had to lay down, i couldn't breath and i got heat sick :c

It was, unofficially, 113 here as well today.  The truck's thermometer, which I regard as somewhat accurate while driving, at one point at about 3:30, read 118.

I'm in Reno!  I know it's hot as hell out here today, but it doesn't feel at all as oppressive as the summers I endured in Florida.

It's true, all the people had to move out and now it is populated by Spanish speaking mermaids and what ever you call those male fish things.

According to the local weather thingie, we're at ninety-seven degrees but it has a "Real Feel" effect of ninety degrees. The humidity is at seven percent, nice and low where it belongs.
I see that Our Host is at 8k feet. Now is the time of year when those high altitudes come in rather handy.

Yeah ^///^ haha! This is the ONLY time of the year, a short 3-4 months, when summer is really easy to tolerate. There is one thing though....THE BUGS! Crickets and spiders come back with a vengeance since they don't get turned into bugsickles at night XD
