Problem found, owner is pissed.

so, I found out what the problems are with the printer.

1) PEEK insulator was plugged, causing filament to strip out and refuse to feed. This was fixed.

2) the acrylic case that holds the feed bearing is cracked, and isn't putting enough force against the extruder motor to properly feed my filament. This cannot be fixed by me, and I now get to order the part to replace it. The cost is 15 for the part, 11.25 to ship it.

Because of this, printing is down for 5-7 business days, until I can recieve and install the part.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Ouch! You've barely had the printer and that case gets cracked!? Jeez... and the price for shipping just as crazy >.<   Well glad to hear its not too bad.

I know, right? I think i had the tensioner a little tight, but it's nowhere near max. And 11.25 for shipping is robbery at its finest, but since the only place i can get them for now is the manufacturer, i'm kinda boned.

Still, should be next friday at the latest before i can resume printing.
