So I was watching the National Geographic about which brain is better: boys or girls (of course boys are better) I want to hear everyone's input on their matter. Which you think is better and why?

I think they are equal. The thing is that they work in different ways to achieve the same goal. Also, the personality plays an important role on the matter. For example, someone who think fast is probably good at doing mathematics but really bad at solving tasks that don't involve numbers, while someone who takes the time to think might be able to see small details that will help them to solve problems without being good with numbers, and they could be any sex or gender.
Now, boys are definitely hotter :P

"Better" is an incomplete term in this context. Meaningless without a point of reference. You should first ask "better for what".
Of course males and females are not "equal", there are deep differences between sexes. But different doesn't mean one is superior to the other. Biologically, the whole point of having two sexes is that each one has particular advantages so the interactions between the two perpetuates the species. In natural state primate males tend to be stronger and more aggressive and females are more calm and protective. Of course, in modern humans those differences are not so evident anymore since the guy doesn't need to go hunting all day and the girl doesn't need to spend most of her waking time taking care of the fire and nursing the young. But the basic differences are still there, you can't erase a couple of million years of evolution in 5000 years of so called civilization. We are still apes despite all our techno gadgets.
One clear difference is that mutations almost happen in males and rarely in females. That's because nature don't experiment on the one in charge of reproducing. If a variation in the male fails, he will be eaten out there or clubbed to death by a rival and nothing serious happened. But a failed mutation in the female would be transmitted to the next generations. This reflects in the difference in personality between men and women. But that doesn't mean one is better than the other.
