advice i get from a lot of people.. to just relax..
if only i knew how to relax... im really bad for being a worrier.. and sometimes it can be kinda bad for my health, but not in a bad kinda way really...
Life is like a runaway train indeed!

But where one picks up one more bad times to acquire the stress is on the job and in the house!Many times my dad doesn't understand me, much less I understand him!Life is so complicated and I need to relax sometimes!

indeed.. same situation here too my dad and I don't understand each other at all either.. most times even if we not even speak, just being in the same room causes stress... and work!.. yeah, and having to work with him is just... more stress than a bear can handle.. to be honst most people dont understand me actually. just i alot of times dont undetstand others.. life is complicated indeed! and if only it could be easier....!!
