What a Surprise

So this is what being submissive to your own superior and having them as the supposed guardian of your credit card *or debit card* will get you... when grandmothers think they can do whatever and hold on to your shit the end result.... a 2 day vacation at the casino and the loss of most of the funds I had in my account I was saving up for the Raccoon Contest D: a few days ago $60 and the bank give me a $200 loan every month... but now I only have -$40 yeah I owe the bank $40 because my grandmother thought this was a good idea :( what the fuck man D: I've gotta do something but though the card is in my name I can't just tell her off there is a thing called respect if you haven't heard of it... but at this point I don't know what to do and I have to give out the prizes Saturday :(

Cancel it and get a new one next time she tries to do something like that. Keeps ya from getting too deep in the negatives..... maybe ask her to not blow all your funds... idk, man
I wish you the best

Easy, report the card as stolen and the bank will replace the funds and send you a new card.
By rights the bank should've contacted you and asked if the translations was authorized when large amounts of money were coming out.

Well she spent them all at the casion and though I have every right to report her you have no idea how hard it is to report your own family especially if their your mothers mother :(

I do know, its hard with family.
My own grandmother is a major pain in the backside (For not taking her meds and kicking up a stink at meal times, refusing to eat), it hurts being tough with her, but she knows I do it out of love not spite (Basically I don't want to lose her).

About your grandmother, her selfish actions have messed up your plans and if you don;t report your card as stolen you'll be the one to pay for it.
You can pull her up on it and give her a chance to pay it back, or if she doesn't you'll be forced to report the card as stolen to recover what you've lost.

Report it as theft to the bank. Unless her name is on the account she has no legal right to access your money.

i only deal with a passbook and ID, that way YOU have to personally see the teller.
it may be less convenient but a hell of a lot more secure

just ask your bank teller about it, no sense in keeping all you funds on that card, perhaps look into getting a second account that's not tied into your card, and move only as much money to your debit card account as you need it. i do the same thing but with paypal and have yet to experience money disapearing from that account.
but again have your main account passbook accessable only, that way unless someone steals your ID and face, they can't access it
