ok.....as people who read my journals, I was perturbed as a law abiding, non gun owning citizen of the US about the recent Boston lockdown
there seemed to be a press lockdown on this....as in actual videos telling the press to stay away from what the police and feds were doing
what they were doing? searches of houses at gunpoint, pointing rifles at innocents in 2nd story windows, yes this happened in amerika.
new videos surfurced that the police were keeping people out of the area (you know the voluntary lockdown)
so they violated the 4th amendment and the 10th amendment freedom of movement (supreme court defined right for over 80 yrs)
so what did i do? lead an armed insurrection? no. i dont own any guns. I wrote my congressmen. Aren't I a threat to national security? Ya know saying constitutional rights should be upheld?
Also wrote my state congressmen....only got one reply, by the republican. But then I looked at it a little more closely.
This jackass forwarded it to Michael Sabo. I'm like who the hell is that...so looked it up.....he belongs to the homeland security office of ohio.
WTF? asking your state congressmen (he is a republican) if civil rights were violated, and the videos clearly show they were, means you get reported to Homeland Security?
so just cuz I'm freaked out by this, if you have a few minutes...please tell your opinion of whether complaining to a congressmen for apparent civil rights violations are worthy of notifying homeland securty:

freedom of movement means you can travel anywhere in the US and not have prejudice against you.
so 1. you can travel freely 2. no prejudice if you settle in an "alien state" ie the south cant discriminate if your northern and the north cant disciminate if your southern by law.
what this also means is police cant stop you from travelling freely, unless u commit a crime, ie, DUI, ID checkpoints are illegal except in extremely regulately circumatances by the supreme court, such as u have right to turn around

That world war 3 prediction is really starting to look realistic. First a terrorist attack on a national place of business (9/11) next mass hysteria (the crime rate has shot up in the past 4 years) and then a terrorist attack on our home soil (the Boston bombing)

Second as long as you sent nothing threatening then there is nothing they can do legally..... you are a concerned citizen asking about whether or not the rights are forefathers left us can truly be upheld or if those rights weren't just some thing in front of a jerk so they can say you have no rights..... with the freedom of movement in Boston that part can be kind of iffy....... depends if they have enacted Marshal law over the city of Boston or not. About your letter..... there is a possibillity that homeland security could have intercepted it and forced it to not just send to your congressman but also to that one guy...... i can't remember the name but it was something that got started in Bush's administration called the Eagle Act.... Basically during time of terror or even regular times that there is a set of keywords that the program will look for and if a keyword pops its sent to homeland and depending on the contents of email is whether or not they will act. also atm most congress men or probably scared about that mail incident involving the poison powder and can be having both rl mail and emails check for harmfull content threats of death and so on
