Too many to count. The latest one was during Cry of Fear, when I somehow broke the game and monsters and bosses alike would just stand in place and not do anything. Ruined the horror atmosphere completely.

Well. It happenend YEARS ago on an N64. My brother and I were about to play a Wrestle mania game. We aren't sure what happenend, likely something to due with how the cables where hooked up, but for some reason the characters freaked out and stuff. They kinda...had their hands on the ground and up in the air at the exact same time.

not funny but more of a cheat code for black ops...in the dog level stand on the chairs in the room with the teleporter...inbetween the corner of the stairs right below the teleporter and the dogs will not attack you instead they stand still bout a good foot away and just bark...target practise ;D

Killing Floor: six people on the Mountainpass level, for some strange reason I am the only one wearing armor during the Patriarch battle. From what I recall, I was a level 5 medic, and there was two berserkers, a commando, a support specialist, a sharpshooter and a demolitionist. The last shop was in the tunnel thing at one of the ends of the road [the opposite end of the broken bridge] and the Patriarch spawned just behind a welded door to the trader. So I get all of us to run over to the crashed helicopter at the center of the map, and we wait for the boss to arrive. Patty shows up, and starts immediately kicking our asses because everybody else was level 3 or below. So Pat starts attacking the sharpshooter who was in a corner, and I shoot him with a grenade launcher I had, knocking him over. Immediately, everybody empties their damned guns on him and the berserkers run up and start slashing away with katanas or axes, can't remember. Suddenly, the Patriarch bursts into flame [note, there were no firebugs on our team] and one of the berserkers died instantly and was flung off the mountain.
That was probably the only time that everybody in the game simultaneously burst out laughing on mic when one of us died. It was a shame that I couldn't record it.

If you play as Rocky on one of the two/three stages that have a trai nthat goes through it, if he steps on the train, then picks it up, 8-10 times it will cause the music to stop, though all the SFX will continue working.

In God of War 3, i jumped too early from one of the white harpies and got stuck on the lower ledge of a bridge. I could move around freely, but was stuck. Add to that, Kratos would give a yell any time he jumped as if he was making a 100 foot jump, but was moving maybe six inches.
Then I found a place on the bridge where I ended up floating so Kratos was in mid fall animation... ALA taking the Matrix jump kick pose but just remaining that way with his arms swaying in the breeze.
