So on Sunday, we "adopted" this homeless guy's dog that was left a stray after he got drunk and hospitalized after a brawl, and this morning, my mom believes she found a tick on her. We're taking her in to get checked and have the tick removed, then all the dogs are getting a bath and checked for any ticks, and in the meantime I'm going to turn this house into a hazmat site and spray down EVERYTHING made of cloth or people. This is NOT what I wanted to do today.
As of right now, my side of the job is done. The tick was removed, my mom's bedroom and the office, where the dog has been the most, has been dusted with this highly toxic powder, then vacuumed, then sprayed along with the rest of the house and furniture, all my clothes and bedsheets have been washed, the tiles were all mopped, the dogs were washed with anti-tick shampoo, and now my parents' and brother's clothes all have to be washed.
DIE! DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE ROT IN HELL!
