I'm going to say no, because I don't want everyone with wings to ask me if >their< wings are okay for X slot, and it wouldn't really be fair to someone who saw "no wings" and thought they weren't eligible to then see someone with wings win after all.

I don't think your wings would be an issue, but I'd prefer to avoid everyone asking "well his are okay, how about mine?" or one person getting upset if they are told no but then someone else with wings wins anyway.
Hell with it, though. Wings like yours that are really just arms with some drapery, will be fine, but keep in mind, the angle you'll be at, you won't really even see them much at all anyway. So yeah, if the wings can be folded where they're not really even visible (so there's no difference than just omitting them altogether) then that's okay.

I actually missed the previous response. I'm not checking IB as frequently as I had been, and have mostly just been keeping an eye on the auction page this past week.
Anyone who wins a slot for one of these, so long as their character isn't disqualified for the listed reasons (female or obstructive body-parts/features), I would do my best to draw them in as on-model to their intended style as possible. Stoaty would be fine, and I'd try to get him as close to how you draw him as I can manage.

Inspired by you, I think I'm gonna make my little placeholder crew an actual set of characters; Pupsicles. They're made of popsicle stuff, but with a special stabilizing additive that gives them a temporary shelf-life before they are susceptible to melting. :D
Though prolonged exposure to significant heat and warmth reduces the stabilizing additive's effectiveness, so they're really only good for quickies, or for setting them on each other. They're a cheaper alternative to the more stable consumable cubs out there, mostly popular with voyeurs. XD

I think for these, with the boys, I'd rather just stick with personal 'sonas. It means a lot to me that people have gotten so attached to these characters, so I can't help but think of someone feeling bad at getting beaten out of a chance to be in a pic with them by someone who isn't wanting to be in the pic themselves. If that makes sense. X3

Jesse's should be some time next week, Cam's probably the week after. I'm fairly certain I won't be letting them run for a whole week though, since it seems that's kindof excessive with these.
I tend to have a pretty unstable schedule as I have to work around wrist issues and some days it's worse than others. I have scheduled stream sessions to do, and the floating optional days in-between are usually trying to avoid additional wrist strain while drawing when I feel up to it.
Jesse's will for certain be within the month of April, and Cam's >should< be as well, but there is the possibility that it may not. Among other things I have to work on, I really need to get back to finishing the Roni daki, and those have taken 30+ hours each so far. ^_^;;
They will be coming though, so I guess anyone who REALLY wants to be in those; the more time they have to put spare change aside, the more bidding power they'll have. <:3
