I Don't Get Why

Why people would commission art of already existing characters :/ if this makes sense to you by all means make a comment... but I never understood why people spend their hard earn money on already existing characters when the artist in question could do that on their own :/ What does make sence to me is that if someone commission someone to draw their Original Character or Fan Character with an already existing character but I never got why people spend their money asking for pics of characters that already exist whom dont belong to them ...

yea it's a little annoying. like i saw someone who had SIMBA as their fursona i'm just like...what the fuck? If disney found you they would sue the fuck out of you.

There is that, but I never understood why people commission people to draw existing characters they dont own... I mean do it once or twice for fun but all the timre :/ it's a waist of money plus where is your OC or FC :/

I did a few times too but sometimes I got my own charas involved into the pics too like you can see in my gallery.

Yup, at least involve a famous character with your character ^^ but why commission someone else to draw characters that already exist and are popular whom dont belong to you :/ once in a while is alright but all the time... come on X3

Yeah I know what you mean. Sadly from the one chara I got some drawings, there don´t really exists art.

No I mean that of the chara who is from a tv show that was in tv in the 90's wich I got a few pic from some with the chara alone and some with my charas involved.

The pics I got still exist just of the chara from the show don´t exsists much art.
That´s the show I mean https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montana_Jones and the female in the show is the chara I mean.
