I feel compelled to change the direction artistically I have travelled down for the last few years. I want to show a wider range of emotion, and to phase out the reliance on sexual imagery....as I wrap up my current projects I feel drawn to do this for my own personal growth and in an attempt to appeal to something higher in human aspirations. Hope all those who have watched me can understand this and follow along this journey with me

*reads over that* while i appreciated your dilemma and desire for growth consider your target demographic for a second or 2, furs like pron....still, you should try everything at least once i say, give it a go see what your capable of.

I feel that way too sometimes, and Imma tell you. Furries want porn. That's why they're here. And here's what I mean.
This was an image I did for myself. https://inkbunny.net/submissionview.php?id=331433 In the three months its been up it's gotten 16 faves.
This was a newer image, a request that I put a lot of work into to make look good for the guy. https://inkbunny.net/submissionview.php?id=14971&fi... In the nearly three years it's been up, it's gotten 0 faves.

The difference? First one's porn. Second one's clean. At the same time, ysarupert wants a clean image from me so there are exceptions. I'm just saying. Don't be disappointed at the lack of response. Keep up with it, eventually you'll have followers who want your clean stuff.

You must follow whatever path you feel is right, my friend. I have tried returning to writing non-porn and it leaves me feeling empty inside, so I just write pron (and the occasional angst poem) these days. That said, I will be interested in seeing what you produce with your new direction.

Just keep in mind that when you need $$$ for your vodka soaked mice, you have a fans base still willing and eager to buy pronz form you.
