"I usually saw that other artists make prices some kind like this:
-1$ Sketch or linework
-5$ Full body color character without background
-10$ Any full color picture with shadings and background"
But that was prices of other artists and I don't know if they right in it. So on my opinion all depending on you. I just don't know how usually you pay for commission works to artists that have drawing skills similar to me.
And truth to say I don't know about prices. If you say that my works costs (...$ ) so be it. (But of course in within reasonable limits) ;3

Clean - normal Price
Mature - $1 or $2 extra
1 character $7-$10
extra characters +$5
something like that I'd guess depending on how much work you put into it... with that said do you think you could do characters like the one on my icon?

But can you please give me more information about your character?
I mean how do you want me to represent your character and picture in all? Is there any background? What character should do? etc...

Sorry if I ask a lot of questions but it would be easy for me to understand my task ;)

Clean picture means just one colored fullbody character without background am I right?
So it's should be normal picture and not mature/adult?
What character should do? (I mean maybe you would like me to make him to do some actions or expressions... ?)
And how much time do I have for drawing picture ;3 ?

I've always wanted to see what he's look like as an atom, but instead of three rings around him draw two and have him holding a fire ball... yes clean means mature and you're choice on background or not. As for time... take as long as you need theres no rush in my commissions :3

I understood everything but... just few questions more ;)

I know what means "mature" but in same time I'm a bit confused about it. In other words I try to understand should I draw character's... ehem... well you know what I mean ^_^" ? or I should draw for example like here https://inkbunny.net/submissionview.php?id=377084 ?

And what style of drawing you prefer ? Some kind of like I usually do my pictures or more cartoonish? etc...

More like how you usually do, and I probably perfer him drawn with most of his clothing like scarf, boots, t-shirt, vest, and his trademark wear of gloves and goggles.more perfered from the links I sent... his legs are in human style and not in fur style like the link you sent, but I wouldn't mind if you drew his legs in that style if you cant do human style but human style is more perfered for his legs

Mature is showing "the contest" that shouldn't be viewed by minors... I commission a clean pic that doesn't have the content so it's not a mature pic it's a clean pic... also as for the design of atom, no protons or nutrons needed in this equation Max can cover that for himself... however for the two rings going around him could they be yellow lines with orange electrons and finally I wanted to know if he could hold a fire ball while in this pic. *hope it's not too much* If it sounds like it's too much I'll try to break it down a bit more. and Thanks ^^

It's all fine with me ;)
I just asked so many questions because I don't want to mistaken in something and draw wrong picture that you probably wouldn't like...
Okay. I will start working on it soon and I will inform you when I finish ;3

(p.s. I never deal with payment systems like PayPal regarding to transfer money before so I don't know all procedure of it but I think we came up with something after I finished work)

I have PayPal account ;) but I mean that I don't know procedure of transfer money. I should give you some PayPal number or something like that?

If you mean setting it up on IB, go to account settings, and scroll all the way down to the PayPal section. Once you do that enter your PayPal name and/or E-mail address, then put some comments in the box next to it then click send. Once done the account sets up on your account. It's also an easier way to donate to people without using there card. Someone could show up request commission and send it to you quicker then the normal PayPal Process "Especially since my account is set up on my computer so I won't need the card my grandmother holds hostage X3
