a little skippy help for artists

I made this for ComJuke the other day to show how much of Skippy's design is based on his head size. It's pretty cool, everything from the hat, to the feet, to the hands, to the feather on the hat is based on simple head size units. Maybe I should start doing model sheets again sometime...

Heads are the standard unit of measurement in America when designing cartoon characters. Has been since the Golden Age. It's how they keep the proportions constant.
