This day is just a way for companies to abuse love in the name of making tons of money. Chocolate, cards, food, movies, etc. Though I have a mate and offspring, I still despise this day for what it means to companies. Also, I'm annoyed by all those that think that yiffing is love, and so give their "other half" themselves on this day even though they're "not ready" to make the commitment. I bet there are many more offspring conceived this day than any other (except perhaps Father's Day).
