For the site itself:
*Divide the notices into sections, one for each type of message. Favorites, Comments, Watches, and Journals could each have a column dedicated to only that type of message. Clicking the column title would refresh only that column.
*The ability to hide types of notices, such as Journals, Watches, or Favorites. Or not count these as "new notices". Only the type of notice chosen by the user would be "updatable" or able to show that a new message has been received.
*Show notice stats along the top, grouped with "New Submissions". Instead of having just "Notices", it could be split up into "Comments", "Favorites",..etc with a number just before the text in a different color showing the value of it.
*A commission section for artists and commissioners. It could be a simple page to keep track of who you paid for what or who paid you for what, with links to that person's page, their paypal email, and a simple edit box to describe what is expected. For artists, maybe there could be a special commission page, where they would fill in the values for sketches, inks, color, detailed paintings, animation, stories, etc. It would also have a place to put thumbnail links to examples for each. After editing, the data from this page could show up on the artist's profile page for all to see. Or there could just be a simple tab or section for the comish page alongside the gallery and scraps links.
*The ability to switch through different style templates for InkBunny just like switching the background or logo.
*The ability to have 'header' or 'footer' text to submissions with objectionable keyword content. For example: for 'scat', there could be a preset 'header' text which is a link to block those words and leave a common message for people that stumble into it.
*Default thumbnails or generated thumbnails for submission with certain keywords (of the user's choosing). Can be enabled or disable by the user. For example: "unbirthing" would generate and black thumbnail with red letters with those words. Colors choosable by the user.
*Make shouts more like a simple chat or reply system. When a shout shows up in the user's notices, there would be a reply link or button which shows a simple editbox to let them type out a comment. Also the full text would be shown in a scrollable text box just above the comment box with 'send' or 'shout' button off to the side.
*User's recently uploaded submissions would be seen as thumbnails off to the side in their notices section. Each thumbnail would have V,F,C under it (for views, favorites, and comments) with the number beside each. This list of thumbnails could be order by most recent activity, and have a max of no more than say 10 shown at a time.
*Most recently updated submission shown in a list when Post > Submission page is shown. This would make it faster and easier to update submissions that you're currently doing work on instead of having to go through your gallery to fish around for them manually.
*Have user preset groups of keywords for users when they upload submissions. For example: "ducktales, duck_tales, ducks, Huey, Duey, Louie, cub, duckling" could be a preset the user calls "ducktales", and would enter in all those words (previously setup by the user) into a keyword field. These could also be used for gender, species, and so on.
*Show pools on the edit pools as a grid of thumbnails with text under them instead of a 1 column vertical list. Having all the pools as a vertical list forces the user to do a lot more scrolling if they created a lot of pools.
*Have the pools page be a simple drag and drop operation instead of click and refresh. A pool could be dragged from the available pools into the 'enabled' pools section for that submission.
*Show the watched users page as a grid of thumbnails of just the user's icons, and show example submissions upon rolling over them with the mouse.
*Order a user's gallery page by most viewed, commented, or favorited.
*Have a personal stats page for the user only. It would have numbers on the left side beside a list of submission names, sorted by most viewed, faved, or commented.
*Have a calendar showing a line graph for amounts of veiws, comments, or faves for each day and time.
*Full screen mode for stories. There could a two column mode representing a book view. Maybe a bookmark feature.
For the API only:
*A simple api function, to return only full links without other info.
*An easy way to request only certain types of info about a submission Without getting unneeded info. For example:
