Here is what i would do, check the prices of what artists that do both line and color charge for each (Most examples being $10 Line $20 Color) Get information on about 20-40 artists average the difference between line and color then charge 50% of that.

Ah, but you need to remember, im not as good as they are .3. I do simple flat colors, and usualy no shading. And besides, i think for what i do, 5$ at most seems fair to me :0 unless so.eone wanted to do like, hourly pay XD
