Gonna be gone for a bit

Should be less than a week, and a week at most.

A few days ago, it rained hard here for nearly a full 24 hours, and then some more later, and there's more on the way. The water's been steadily rising, and tonight or tomorrow it'll probably spill over my road, leaving me stuck here, so I'm going to my mom's before that happens. I'll have little to no internet access while I'm there, just some games to keep me entertained.

There's almost zero danger of the water getting into the house, so there's that at least. What I'm going to try to do is get to my doctor's appointment on Monday, restock with drinking water, clean clothes, and food, and have my step-dad boat me back in to wait out the flood, assuming the water level's not high enough that I would have to live with the fleeing fire-ants who would undoubtedly take their frustrations out on me like last time. >.< Rarely ever gets that bad though.
