Thermostat, gasket, and coolant was $20. Furthermore, upon fixing that (and breaking/replacing a bolt) my mechanic noticed the coolant tank had a leak, likely the start of this whole mess. The fix is another $25. So much for balancing my budget this month. Then again, my mom has 2 vans with bad transmissions, so meh.

In other news:
I found affordable antivirus protection for Tamotsu and I believe I've managed the security settings internally to ban IPs more harshly (if you input the wrong password 5 times, you'll need me to personally un-ban your IP because bans are no longer temporary). This eliminates some of the need for my UTM box, which sucks because I bought a $30 LAN port; but is good because I can't configure it on my own and working on it was keeping my server down.
