Possibly in a way. Actually, part of the name idea, is from (In The Flesh) by Clive Barker.
But Stephen King is one of my favorites. I have Dark Tower 2 - 4, I don't know where (The Gunslinger is.)
Which I find kinda interesting, at the beginning of (The Mist) he's supposedly working on a painting of the Gunslinger Roland.
In the background, you can make out what's suppose to be (The Dark Tower), and I even understand somewhat of what the rose is all about. Not completely though, but Edward keeps seeing it, on an empty lot. Then I believe Jake even sees it for some reason. It's vague. It's just been a while since I read it I think.
I also have (IT) someplace around. My lover owns a copy of Pet Cemetery. I have (Desperation) and one I don't remember the title of. I use to own Night Shift. And Different Seasons. (Different Seasons) is the short story book they took (The Shawshank Redemption) from.

Huggles, and wish me luck, as I try to place together some sequels to some of those. I believe if people like to read it, they may just be looking for sequels to some of the only three in that book.
Skin Vampires didn't make it in, because I'm not done writing it yet.
So a sequel, probably will be longer then just over 140 pages long.
Thru The Mirror 2; (Which I started.)
They Flesh Shall Be Consumed, No Flesh Left. (??)
Teddy Bear Horror 2. Started, with even some chance, if I finish it, I'll be writing Teddy's back story.
Day Of The Cockroach. Don't ask.
Basically, I get taken over by a cockroach, and get transformed into a giant cockroach. I am happy with my new (Bug) body, as my lover, is just about one of the few people, I actually won't eat.
Someone sometime tries to spray me with bug spray, and my body has adapted so well, I eat the bottle, with (0) ill effects.
Then I eat the bug sprayer for desert, more or less.
And (Before The Afterward.) I cant really release (The Afterward), because it's more of a (Pedophile) fantasy.
I already have then, at least one story to go into (They Flesh,, Inside Out II).
It'll probably have closer to 5 stories in it, instead of only 3, like this first one.
I gotta first come up with material, so as to place together a second one.

I think the Rose in DT stands for the health of a particular universe, or even of the multiverse that Roland and our heroes travel.

And uhhh...could it be you actually mean "Thy", such as in "Thy flesh shall be consumed", and "Thy flesh, inside out"?

Can't really say though that body horror and splatter have ever been any of my favorites.

Thy,, yeah. LOL.
I love to write bloody splattering, and even decapitated body parts. BUT, get me too near real blood, AH OH!!
I can usually barely manage to even looked at a sliced finger, with blood gushing out of it.

The first thing, unsure. But I believe your correct. Thanks.
