Too hard to say.
Pecan pie, cake, cheese cake, and truffles are probably on the top of the list.

well for a 'standard' dessert I'd have to say well gotta be honest Klondike bars, almost any flavor will do. (Yea the pic i used should tell you why)

For a 'dream' dessert it would be york peppermint patty klondike bars sandwiched between chocolet mocha New York cheese cakes.

New york cheesecake is basically a plain vanilla cheesecake isnt it? A little plain for me. Stick some lemon or smt in there.
My choice,  Chocolate brownies, chocolate fudge cake, Mine tarts, bread & butter pudding, anything really as long as its done well.

That's the very reason I love it so much! Too many flavors becomes conflicting

Creme Brulle (got to have that blow-torched, crispy caramelized top). I'll do the deli scene from When Harry Met Sally when I have good creme brulle. If you're easily embarrassed in public, make sure we take it home rather than eat it there in the restaurant.

Second place: Particularly well-made tapioca, made with first-class vanilla and dusted with a little nutmeg.

Third, but still high on the lists: Homemade peach cobbler, fresh'n'hot, with copious quantities of vanilla bean ice cream. Could be cherry cobbler, if the cherries are good, dark-red, almost-sour Skeena or maybe Bing cherries. I've only had one sample of really good razzleberry (raspberry and blueberry) cobbler; most folks don't make it right.

My favorite has always been the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup sundae at Friendly's.

And since I live far away from any Friendly's restaurants, it means I go out of my way to get my fix when I can. :)

Well, fruit is considered a dessert, so I would say lemon! If you aren't counding fruit (enless it's on something else), then Roman Raspberry Gelato. I had my first gelato about 7 months ago, hardly touched icecream since!
