My laptop, ans Hp Probook 4730s, is telling me that it's at 95% power and not charging, even though it's plugged in. It doesn't appear to be losing power. What's going on here?
if it shows itself depleting when unplugged, then the load just needs to be recalibrated. Maybe when the battery ages it doesn't go as high a voltage as when new, so measuring voltage will look like it is not fully charged.
