reliving you childhood = expensive

You think buying some oldschool games would be cheap XP you know playing on the old controller you know and love on your tv with the actual system it was originally on.... or play a game that eveyone said was great and you never got to play it so you go to the internet for it? and whatdo you find..... THE GAMES FRIGGIN 150 F#%$&@ING DOLLARS that's more 5 times more the whole system with like 20 other games cost me *seizureflopflailhearattackstrokeantiorgasm*

For an SNES game.... just to get a nostalgia trip.... i think I'll just get a usb SNES controller and just emulate it XP

I went to a local game store here that specializes in old games, and they were charging $7-$90 for NES games and such. The only good thing was they gave me 10% off an FCTwin (plays NES/SNES), and I have a collection of old games at the house. Oh, one small tidbit of advice... check Ebay for "nes lot" or "snes lot". People sell up to 100 or more games usually for an average of $1 a cartridge... just don't expect to find Earthbound or Final Fantasy III in those lots.

I've been looking for them for a while. I'll tell you what, though, people sometimes put multiple copies of FFIII and Earthbound up in "lots", they sell for about 30-50 each when you buy in bulk. If I get my hands on a dupe, I'll send you one :p

Well the game i was thinking of wasn't just any game, you probably won't find it at any old school game store, which i guess why it's soooooo expensive on the net XD and it's not on virtual console XP if it was i'd be playing it right now...... i hate to resort to emulation but in this case I guess it's allright.

Not sure how much they're selling 'em for around here but I do intend to check today after hitting the doctors. DX I hope i doesn't have bronchitis.

Off topic Mavy, shut up. >.> Anyways, the local game store specializes in old school stuff, but at the same time, I did see hty had Megaman X3 for like 150...so...the games you like may be expensive too. :x
