I'd suggest trying TapestriesMUCK. There's a learning curve, and takes some investment getting your character set up (learning the commands, and describing your character).
There's also F-list.net. It works a bit like irc with organized chatrooms based on what you're looking for. It takes a little work setting up characters, but it's done via menus rather than text commands.

Taps (TapestriesMUCK) is a great place if you are looking for a sexual RP. But if you want to develop a relationship sort of RP that builds up to the fantasy then forget it. I found that most players there tend to go straight into their sexual fantasy then dump you before you get to your fantasy. I guess for me I love the build up and suspense to the fetish. My poor raccoon boy has his fetishes (cough bigferalscats cough) but is too shy to jump in and ask. But break him down (not physically but emotionally) and he falls for almost anything. But trying to RP that to someone that just jumps right to the end is frustrating. I feel both players need to help build on each others fantasies.
As for long paragraphs of text, that is not always good. Each pose should build on the other person's pose. Paragraphs of text should only be use to give a more descriptive view of the pose, not multiple poses. hehe Besides, I love the descriptiveness of a pose, the use of the characters physical size, shape and things like tail, ears and fur.
