Does anyone know of...

A program that lets you download or rip internet video files? I am really interested in getting some of the videos from "Lordkat's" "Wat" series on my pc, since I watch it quite a bit but due to a certain mouse's downloading spree I am already ticking my ISP off with bandwidth issues.

Basically a program that can download or rip video and audio from online video sources like twitch tv, youtube or Blip.

Pish-tush Hippie, be nice to your host! ;p

Are you using Firefox? If so, poke around the Add-Ons, you might find something useful. ('Fraid I couldn't tell you where to look in other browsers.)

Nevada has laws limiting bandwidth? Up here, most companies that provide connectivity limit bandwidth; they say it's to keep some users from using too much capacity, but we all know it's really so they can levy steep overage charges as much as possible. There are a few smaller companies that provide unlimited accounts, I'm with one. Anyway, now you know. And knowing...

Your mom was smart that way. Why not check around for similar services in Nevada?

Their actually not charging me... just filing a negative mark on my account, and if I get many more of these negative marks I will have my service terminated until I buy a more expensive package.

Ah, yeah, that is a nasty turn. Up here they charge overages, then try to sell you a more expensive package. Much the same plot, though.
Maybe there are companies in Nevada that provide unlimited? It can't hurt to check.

If you have Firefox, try Download Helper. I've downloaded more YouTube videos with it than I can possibly count.
