Art Practice

One of the harder things to do when it comes to art is... being able to get back into the groove when you're so rusty. does anyone have any ideas on how to make this easy? I'll take all suggestions, and I mean drawing and coloring in general.

I think you have to do it the hard way, practicing again from to the bottom up. I stop doing art for more then 15 years for reason unknowns. Can't figure out why I stop in the 1st place but things happen that kept me form coming back to it.

One thing I realized is that sometimes you hand remembers but other time you have a hard time completing something. There's no easy way, it's basically practice... practice... and practice some more.
