This game is based upon the movie "The Hunger Games". It's a FFA PvP arena with up to 24 players + 1 (or more) hosts. There are many hidden chests, puzzles and traps around the map, but the best items are in the center.

Before the games start, all the participants must choose one tube around the center. This is their starting position. When the host is ready to start the games, he'll flick the lever in the host house and the tubes will go up and the games will begin.

Rules of The Survival Games:
Only one player can win The Survival Games.
You can not break any blocks, expect for leaves, vines and mushrooms.
You are only allowed to place blocks you find in chests.
Your inventory must be empty before you start the game.
No player is allowed to enter the host house.

Rules for the host of The Survival Games:
The host is allowed to add any weapons or food he/she want at any time in the center chests, after the second day has passed.
The host is allowed to spawn zombies, creepers or skeletons after the second day has passed.
If a player for some reason is stuck a hole or simular, the host is allowed to tp the player out.

Instructions to Join (Event Only):

Step 0: Contact RichardCoton@Gmail.com with your MC Username, Contactable Email address and interest in Event. If Approved, proceed with the following.

Step 1a: Check OS is completely up-to-date (Windows: Windows Update, Mac OS X: Software Update, Debian-based Linux distributions (such as Ubuntu or Linux Mint): in a terminal: sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade, RedHat based Linux distributions: yum update)

Step 1c: Download and install the latest Java for your OS (32-bit for 32-bit machines, 32 & 64-bit for 64-bit machines)
http://www.java.com/en/download/

Step 2: https://minecraft.net/download Go here and Download appropriate Version of the Launcher for your OS.
Step 3: Navigate to .minecraft folder, Backup current files, then delete all in .minecraft directory.

Windows
Navigate to your Application Data Folder (Search '%AppData%')
Double Click the .minecraft folder
Copy out the saves folder to a different location
Go back one directory (to where you can see .minecraft)
Drag the .minecraft folder into the trash
Start the Minecraft.exe file to re-download Minecraft
Close Minecraft when you reach the title screen
Copy the saves folder back into the new .minecraft folder. You can safely overwrite any data that's currently in this folder

Linux
Open a terminal
Copy and Paste the following, one at a time, into the terminal to delete the current minecraft installation and retain the current saved worlds.
mv ~/.minecraft/saves /tmp/mc-save-tmp
Be careful, do not continue if your terminal gives you an error. The next command deletes your minecraft folder so if the prior command did not work all your hard work would be lost!
rm -r ~/.minecraft/*
mv /tmp/mc-save-tmp ~/.minecraft/saves
Start Minecraft like you normally would. Your saves should be intact and the Minecraft client will re-download itself for you.
Alternatively, open up your Home folder and press Ctrl+H. This shows all hidden files and folders. Navigate down to .minecraft. From here, you can work in essentially the same way as outlined in the instructions for Windows above.

Mac OS X
Open a Finder window
Click the Go Menu item and Click Go to Folder
Type ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft into the text field and click Go
Drag the saves folder to your desktop
Drag everything else in the minecraft folder to the trash
Drag the saves folder back into the minecraft folder
Close the Finder window and launch the Minecraft App just like you would normally.

Step 4: Go to 'Options' and Select 'Force Update'
Step 5: Click 'Done'
Step 6: Login and Go to Multiplayer.
Step 7: Enter: '274257.mc.mpgs.co'
Step 8: Contact RichardCoton@Gmail.com when done above to get list of authorised mods for events.
