Word of warning. This is a sample of one of my fucked up ideas.
The brother gets fed up with being raped and takes a swing at father. Father's been having a series of bad days at work and elsewhere. Let's say for instance he got into a wreck on the way home that day and isn't in a position to front the repair cost. Sister finds the resulting slugfest amusing to the point where she even laughs. Both son and father end up requiring medical attention, yet she does nothing but laugh as she locks the door behind her while one of her boyfriends sits at the end of the driveway waiting to pick her up.
Yeah, it's more of a story or comic situation, but that's.... ugh. Fucked up. Think I'm going to play some Saints Row 3 or GTA IV to vent now.

Perhaps father and son lying close to each other bloodied and beaten, weapons of various sorts lying around, while sister opens up the front door, a waiting car visible outside as she laughs. Father could be naked, son could be bottomless, sister in a short skirt. For a single image, I guess that would work.
