ugh college is already burying me alive orz
the good news is i don't have classes on friday so i get three day weekends all the time.
the bad news is that i'm a lazy bum and since i got a mac, i need to make sure i get used to a new alternative to SAI.
in the meantime, i'll try to join livestreams and such if anyone does them, i think it will help me get off my ass and draw something.

Speaking of that, I only have classes on Mondays through Thursdays. But the sucky thing is is that I'm having a hard time trying not to procrastinate on my drawings :( Plus I can be lazy, too XD But at least I'm trying to beat the procrastination on homework and other things like that. But I still need to finish more on my stuff before making a new DA account

haha just realized i wrote monday instead of friday because tomorrow is labor day and i don't have classes...i meant to say friday orz so i only have classes monday through thursday as well. i know exactly how you feel; i'm a major procrastinator when it comes to drawing, heh. meh i don't know, i really miss doing it but i'm really trying not to slack this semester and get good grades since last year i only managed at 3.0 average...and i really want to aim for a 3.5 this time. i probably won't be returning to dA at all until i'm sure i can draw again...orz i bet i suck now from not drawing for like a whole year and then some...

I see what you mean. When I started drawing again from not drawing for like 2 weeks or so, by the time I started sketching Ana Kitsune, I struggled a lot so I drew her as a chibi instead to make it easier for me >.> Since chibies are easier to draw XD Yeah, this semester I'm gonna try to get all As and Ps as possible since my GPA wasn't good enough for me to get any loans from financial aid this semester. Also, since I didn't do good in my first semester of college

Yeah...I might have to start off simple again as well until i can get into the real stuff; ack!good luck on your studies and work hard so you can get that financial aid help; i did well my first semester of college but did poorly my second semester due to depression and such, idk i just didn't like living on campus. i'm glad i'm living at home now and attending a university with much more diversity.

Thanks :3 Yeah, I don't have to live in a dorm since I go to a community college instead of a trade school, plus I'm not independent, mature, and responsible enough to live on my own, so I still live with my mom. I didn't do good on my first semester because I felt like that I took too many classes that are too much for me to handle besides the procrastination. I failed my writing class 'cause it's either that class is too hard for me(I didn't have much experience for writing essays when I was in high school) or the teacher is too much of an ass >.> I got a D in reading 'cause, well procrastination of course annnd ends up turning things in late. I also got a D in art history, not only that I procrastinated on the 5 page museum paper and studying for midterms, it's 'cause that class is nothing but a lecture class. Plus, history is my weakness(too much terminology x__x for me to understand) and so are lecture classes XD Even though I did better in the second semester and passed swimming class with an A in the summer, it did bring up my GPA a bit but not enough to get a 2.0 DX I'll have to see what will happen next semester
