the game is made by a furry who goes by the name Noogy. he does not appear to have an FA (or at least not under that name) but he has some of his art of some of these characters from as early as 1999 on Yerf. he also states he did work on jazz jackrabbit.
i love the game i bought the same day it came out and i haven't regretted is amazing and i haven't finish the story yet but from what i have see (speculations based on the story of the game) they may be a sequel some day

heh.. and you didn't saw my recent collection of atari 2600 games.. heh.. all them was unopened sealed boxed and i had the pleasure of open some of these games already... imagine, after 30 years waiting .. :D it was awesome, the day before buying my new tv (the big one i told you) i bought a 14" crt tv (what a constrast... a huge modern one and a small old model one. in the same week) ...that tv is for my old consoles... here on this room i have a mix of old and new technology, i have old vinyl records next to my bluray discs.. lol
