ELECTRICAL HELP NEEDED!

I'm looking for a part. A normally open 110v/220v 5+ Amp thermal sensor that will cut off at 130 degrees farenheit. It will be submersed in lactic acid, so needs to be capable of handling that for long-term use.

It's going to be used to power heat tape around a 14gal barrel of lactic acid solution which needs to be spot-on 125-130F, not higher or lower, and absolutely cannot go over 140F (or it will melt the barrel).

It will be powering an appropriate amount of heat tape, approx. 200-400 watts of it, not 100% on that. Depends on how rapidly it needs to be heated.

It needs to be SOLID STATE, not a rheostat, as we can't be assured anyone will check it for weeks on end, and it won't get bumped or moron-handled.

It needs to be fairly quick functioning, and able to cope with varying levels of fluids, since the barrel can vary from full to nearly empty and anything in between with relatively rapid changing levels.

It's used to spray-treat pork to eliminate bacteria. FOR YOUR DINING PLEASURE!
