Thought you had it fixed already.
Maybe I can be of any help, I'm a programmer (nothing related to technical support) but I know of a few tricks. :3

just replace the motherboard, stop torturing yourself.

I lived that shit for a year and its not fun. (faulty VIA chipset and the goddamn company refused to guarantee it since "it was never bad")

actually I ruled out my new motherboard since my problem still occurs with my old motherboard. Also I tested both of my sticks of ram so unless they both failed at exactly the same time in exactly the same way then that just leaves me with my graphics card or maybe even my hard drive. I have been doing nothing but trouble shooting and swapping out hardware for the last few days :(

honestly, it sounds definitively like the power supply.
hard disks shouldnt produce these types of error.

true a bad power supply could screw everything up, kill the ram cause the craziness with the board and video

I know this is gonna make me sound like I'm trolling, but I'm not...have you tried booting up from a disk? Like, full system wipe?

I've reinstalled windows but haven't formatted my HDD yet

I'd understand, yeah, that's a last resort kinda thing.   I'd probably buy a cheap shell cpu or maybe get a buddy who can store whats on your HDD then format it and see what happens.

*Shrugs*  That's all I got.

Have you tried a different power supply?  Or booting it outside of the case?

What are all the symptoms you've seen and things youve tried so far?

I feel you on that. I had three computers; one laptop and two high quality desk tops. First, my money dried up and I had no job. Then, desktop one shit the bed, the power source dying the the motherboard frying. Then, my second desk top (custom built) died on me, graphics card dying, drives going, processor fragged. Ugh. Now, my laptop, my little Indestructible Tank of a Toshiba Satellite, is having software problems, overheating issues, and I kinda maybe accidentally dropped it and smashed the power plug INTO the laptop....five times....

Yeah....

It's important to reinstall your OS when you swap mobos. You don't want conflicting drivers adding to your headache. Hope everything works out for you, I love your work.
