Play video games watch movies chat with other artists look at good art not only furry one and put some music to set the mood...if everything fails... Try to push the block. Draw random doodles to regain confidence . I can show you a few dimple exercises to relax your mind and make things flow in no time. Unless you have a major art block then my advice is.wait.dverything changes .your art mood included.muses are bitches with ADD. You just gotta keep them interested

I draw fanart (did that just yesterday when i got inspired)
Or if I don't know what to draw I doodle bunnies and give em huge dicks.
Or I write instead of drawing.
Or I draw something completely different from what I usually draw (landscapes, buildings)

Doodle doodle doodle~

Incoherent scribblies to get you used to making marks again. Listen to music that you love. Play your favorite game. Look at some great art (if you know it won't depress you).

i don't draw, but what i DO do is still something that i need to find a spark for X3
and like scheknul says, music is my muse
finding new music in particular. if i find something that sparks emotions in me, i have to get it down on paper, or else it bugs me for days X3

I listen to some pompous and inspiring music, closing my eyes and dancing like a crazy shaman around my room ^^ It helps, some times at least.

From what I've seen some people hold raffles/contests. Others do the Iron Artist thing. Some do gift art or take commissions. I don't usually have an "i don't eant to" moment, but I do find it difficult when there are others things to do like playing games. So maybe try to ditch any distractions that might be slowing you down.

Sometimes, whenever I cannot draw, I go outside and observe the environment  around me.
Also reading a nice book or two is pretty nice.

I agree with hidden, but something that I find inspires me is observing other artists.  Try to find inspiration or ideas from their art and style.  I also will do personal studies of work that I wish to achieve, not to copy it, but to see how they build their frames and try to understand that artists hand.  I find sketches are fantastic, especially sketches from the baroque and renaissance periods. I also will find an artisticly crafted movie to watch too.  There are some fantastic animes that inspire me, some being Dead Leaves, Kakurenbo: Hide & Seek, Ghost in the Shell, Tekkon Kinkreet, Summer Wars, The Girl who Leapt through time, Paprika, and more.  Also because I am a nut for concept art, I love going to book stores and flipping through what ever concept books I can find.  Even reference books, of guns, bikes, cars, kitchen utensils, victorian dresses, I look through the pictures.  Anything that interests me i will stop and note.  Then go home for either more research or find some time to do sketches and that usually sparks me.

I liek to:
1. Open a dcitionary or thesaurus and flip randomly to a word or phrase and doodle/draw from that
2. Go to as many art sites (furry or otherwise) As I can and look for the most obscure and/or interesting thing I can think of
3. Try drawing something I normally would NEVER draw

And some people have contests to get ideas from folks to rekindle the artistic spirit :3

I wouldn't consider myself an artist, per say, but when I really get creative is usually after talking with good friends or enjoying an old favorite movie. Something that reminds you why you started doing this in the first place.

If that fails, sex usually helps.  ^w^

I like to jog. You can see many things on a leisurely run. Something that inspires you could be right around the corner, and it also makes you feel SOOOOOOOOOO good afterwards. Great for the body and mind, and it gives you a break from drawing until you can find some inspiration :3
