Been jogging regularly for the past 3 days and I noticed some changes today. I haven't had any muscle pains at all from it either, which kind surprises me 0.0 It usually take me a long time to feel woken up in the mornings, like up to 2 hours. But today it felt more like 30 minutes or so. Also I noticed that I had lots of extra energy. It felt like my body was just itching to go at something, you know?
So far I'm up to about half a mile. Before, I could only do 1/4 a mile before I couldn't breathe very well. Now I just guzzle down lots of water and it seems to really help with that. Being 8,000 feet up in the air is so different from sea level. You just never think about it till it starts affecting you, usually all of it bad. But the good side is, I could get in good shape while I'm here and when I go back down to sea level, I'll not only get my endurance back, it could be better than before I traveled up here.
Another up side to this exercise thing is it's affecting little areas of my life also. I usually feel reluctant to do much, but today I tackled my legendary pile of dirty dishes and got it done. Also finished off a sketch comish and got a good start on another one. There's no real big things, just a bunch of little things that I can do one at a time just fine ^^
