's post, I just noticed that join.me turned really crappy. The worst part is, it will update itself to this crap version no matter what. But here's the good news: it creates folders in it's own folder for past versions of itself. This means in Windows 7 you can just go into join.me's folder here:
C:\Users\[ YOURUSER NAME HERE ]\AppData\Local\join.me\
in Windows XP, this is the folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\[ YOURUSER NAME HERE ]\Local Settings\Application Data\Join.me\

Just go inside one of those folders (ie. join.me.1.3.1.429) and run join.me.exe
It will run without spazmodically updating itself now. ^.^

Well, my main complaint is the orange border around the screen that sits on top of everything. It's very distracting. Unistar said it was giving him issues with his cursor movement also.

I didn't have the glitching issue, but that orange border was VERY annoying. Thank you for the fix. Hopefully they either remove that or offer a way to disable it in the future.

You're welcome ^.^
Gods...I hope they do offer an option like that. I can't even use my programming with AHK to get rid of that thing.

Thank you very much for this info. My friend Ketsa directed me here after the update.  You definitely saved me and him and even a few of my non-furry friends from needing to use the new crashy edition. :)

You're very welcome! :) I'm glad that people are catching on to this and using it. Join.me is really easy on the CPU compared to Livestream's Procaster.
