There is a little inconsistency between the two (mostly in the ears) Technically the Body Shot is most accurate. Even though the comic version is arguably drawn better. The eyes and hair are a little better in the comic so go with those versions instead.
His name is Swash Bucky and he's an air pirate pony. He's a hybrid Unicorn and one of those dragon winged Pegasi that was pulling Luna's Chariot in "Luna Eclipsed" if you for some reason feel that a hybrid is too much then make him the dragon winged Pegasi and adapt the Cutie Mark to match. But preferably he remains as he is.
If you are doing something fetish related he is only interested in girls, but likes lots of them at once (age is not a particular issue, just no "old" ones)! He's also quite into anal stimulation (both licking/being licked, and penetrating (giving not receiving)).

Only thing is I've changed his cutie mark from a lyre to a flock of birds. It makes more sense for what he does -- he charms birds to be his 'back up band' for his songs and stories.
