Someone once again tried to break in.......this time they were armed with a pistol......thankfully i got the draw on them first and they hightailed it knowing they were at a disavantage......fuck i dont want to end up shooting someone

I've always said to anti-gun activists;

"	Going up against an assailant with no means of self defense might work if you happen to be Superman. However, the last time I checked my closet, I do not own a red and blue cape.

I do wish such measures weren't needed, but there are some real psychos out there and we all need to protect ourselves. I bought a pistol last year and I am currently mulling over a shotgun. Figure a 20 gauge while I get used to the kick and upgrade to 12 gauge once I learn how to handle the recoil. Mossberg 500 for the flex system so I can swap out stocks and fore ends without issue.
