Never had curry before. Don't know why, I just never felt adventurous enough to try an 'ethnic' food. Maybe it was some unconscious racism (I swear I'm not racist,) or just my child-like palate, but I never ever tried it.
I made some tonight.
See, I am shifting my lifestyle to Paleo, and eating that way requires drastic but good changes. Because I no longer eat breads, legumes and other such things, I need new targets for delicious food. In an effort to fuckstart the process, I went with something I have never done.
Green curry. The recipe was simple; a bit of green curry paste (I like fairly spicy food,) half a can of coconut milk, chop some veggies and get some protein. Mix the milk and curry paste over medium heat in a skillet, add cooked protein (steak slices in my case,) and the veggies, simmer for a bit. Eat.
Eat it all. MUST EAT IT ALL. SO FUCKING GOOD.
Why didn't anyone kick me up the arse and tell me to eat this stuff?! I can't believe how fucking delicious this is.
