I can’t send them a message but friends of mine have asked them to remove some old art as it has been updated but rather listening to them or me ask me or even the artist who made it. They keep it even though they are not the owners of it.
Yeah I'm not very happy with their customer service myself... And ok pic that someone did for me without asking me was left up and caused me years of grief. Then years down the road they ban me for a week for telling the artist I liked their work on.a post *face paws*

That e621 account on Inkbunny isn't ours, we don't know who owns that and Inkbunny doesn't want to delete it or give us the keys to it, so there's nothing we can do about it.
As for the two submissions, I've restored the updated versions and deleted the now outdated versions. If your friend tries to get some outdated versions deleted again in the future please tell them to leave a comment stating what changed between the two versions on the submission that is to be deleted. If it's just written at the bottom of the description of the new submission then it's much easier for us to miss as it's not the submission that is currently up for review.

Sorry I had to make a Journal about it as I had no other way in messaging you guys as with my Neversoft profile being blocked from not fully understanding the tag system back then. I never bothered to keep up on the password (don’t even know if a block profile could even messages you guys tbh).
