Plushie plushies, I must learn how to make plushies!

I finally found the woman that makes this ultra cute realistic poseable bears again! I found her bear back in 2009 when looking for resources to make my own teddy bears. I love the heck out of these bears! You can move them any which way and open or close their eyes.  I sooo wanna get one, but I just saw how much the winning bidder got one for on Ebay 9__9.  Still trying to keep my jaw from dropping....seriously o__o!  Here's some more adorable pictures of that bear:

I wanna make my own plushies soo bad now ^/////^

More stuff that really gets my juices cook'n:

It only takes some motivation, time, and money. But unless you want a custom one, you'll pretty much always be better off buying a factory one.

In case you want a custom one, making it yourself is almost certainly much faster and probably cheaper.
(And the quality will obviously depend on your skill)

When you do it yourself you can build in all the "fine detail" you want too...

Jesus fucking Christ on a pogo-stick from Hell! That's a lot of moolah for a bear. Better get out that old needle and start learning! Cheaper! XD! But they ARE adorable! ♥

That's a very detailed bear. And I believe it sold with the tree as well, but yeah... damn that's expensive.

That's an amazingly beautiful little bear!  I can imagine all the work and materials that went into it.  It looks like the paws are soft sculpted and the face sculpting is just fantastic.  How do those eyes work?  Oh my!  I can definitely see it going for that price.  Teddy collectors go crazy for bears of that quality.

Jointed teddies shouldn't be that horribly difficult.  There are kits out there that look pretty decent.  You'd mainly want to look for good quality joints and especially good fur.  It's been years since I made a plushie but I just picked up the materials to make a Smartypants style Rainbow Dash.  I'm seriously thinking of ordering those pony patterns and eye and cutie mark embroidery machine patterns too.
