sooo i fucked up my elbow, just rested on it and now been hurting for 2 days and can barely bend my arm, every position i put it in hurts...i went to docs but was their for over 2 and a half hours and had yet to be seen, was driven there so didn't want to make them wait so went home, will test out some home remedies and all that kinda stuff and see what happens...from the sounds of it i just fucked up a muscle or two or fucked a nerve...but lets just say...the pain..is goddamn intense...its like a real pressure pain that feels like it needs to pop kind of thing but nothing, just pain...i can barely sleep.. so yeah work will slow down a bit with one hand in use
