Eyes are so difficult.

Man getting eyes to look right is so hard.
I know practice makes perfect but how do you guys do it. Do you make a reference sheet for the most kind of eyes. Or??

I usually do big circles and then add the eyelids together to show the expression, it's hard to explain without showing though.
