Finally out of the hospital again and this time I  hope for good.

I went for my 3rd dose of chemotherapy and well it fucked me up, what it gave me was CIN or chemotherapy-induced neuropathy, and neurotoxicity. So basically I had about 38 to 37 mins left on my dose through the port. And I noticed that my mouth and hands felt off sort of numb.  The nurses and techs also noted that I looked off pale and confused. I couldn't talk properly because my mouth and tongue were numb. From there they thought I had an allergic reaction to the chemo drug and brought out the EpiPen. Well that didn't do anything. By that point they thought I was having a stroke during chemo. And i was rushed to the hospital. My legs, hands, face nothing could move. I can't remember much between going for chemo and waking up in the hospital again. It was one of those we can't give you much and we have to let it run it's course and just keep an eye on you. So from Monday morning to Thursday afternoon I had no idea what happened and where I was. Got home today with more meds then before. Most of which are electrolytes and anti nausea medications alongside anti diarrhea pills. As for the rest of my chemo goes I will no longer be on that type of drug as for the rest of my treatment. Just the chemo pills the only side effect is diarrhea from those. Which I can deal with. My understanding is that I was supposed to have 6 doses of chemotherapy but with what happened I'm only gonna be doing 4, then move on to radiation treatment. My doctor is just as confused as I am about with what happened. It falls to the 1 to 100 percent rate of those that it can happen to. I sadly fall into that category.
