The new year has arrived and I though it would be fine to make some changes in my work methods and artwork as well, and everything I will make it public through monthly journals like this; this info is specially published for people interested in commissioning and/or my characters/stories.
This is the list of important points that I want to talk about:
1. Since I noticed that the cub art got a lot of attention compared with the normal art I decided to change the kind of art I'd focus on, not only because i'ts more popular but since I enjoy to do it even more than the regular art. I've made this change some time ago but I never talked about or make it official until now.
2. I've planned to do more YCH's (Like the x-mas one) and I thought about to do it almost monthy with a different themes for each month, in that case the schedule will be something like this
Late January-February: Valentine's YCH
March: Spring YCH
April: Undefined YCH
May: Undefined YCH
June: Summer YCH
July: Undefined YCH
August: Special YCH
September: Undefined YCH
October: Halloween YCH
November: Autumn YCH
December: Christmas YCH
This info is just for reference and the actual monthly YCH info and themes will be published in their respective journals.
3. I'm working in changing a bit my workflow and style as well, this might cause an general style change in my artwork but I doubt that it'd be an issue. For the moment the commission prices will remain the same but I planned to update the commission chart to a special one make exclusively for Inkbunny with the updated theme and artstyle.
4. From now I'll start to write the stories about my characters, but for now I dont know if publish it as a written format or do it into a comic format. I'll think about it meanwhile I start to write them.
5. About my main character, for IB I will switch from Mery to Sarah, I want to draw both girls and their relative characters in an equal way, but I want to know your opinion, if you want me to make more regular stuff more often or if you want me to do only cub stuff; personally I don't have any problem switching to do exclusively cub stuff, as I say before, I just want to know your opinion about if what kind of art you prefer the most: just cub related stuff, or mix between cub and regular artwork.
